Chocolate Cake

My Mom's famous chocolate cake

๐Ÿฐ Ingredients

  • 6 eggs.
  • 250g of sugar.
  • 175g of plain flour.
  • Half coffee cup (the small ones) of oil.
  • 150g of chocolate powder.
  • 45g of cocoa powder.
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder.

๐Ÿญ Procedure

  1. Preheat oven to 170 degrees C (350 degrees F).
  2. Mix the chocolate and the cocoa with boiling water. Whisk thoroughly to combine well.
  3. Whip the egg's whites until they are stiff, on a separate bow.
  4. Whip the egg's yolks with the sugar.
  5. Add the oil, flour, baking powder and chocolate-cocoa mix, and whip well.
  6. To finish, add the egg's white, and make sure you whip well all together.
  7. Grease the bottom of a cake tin with butter and put the final mix inside.
  8. Bake for 45 min.
  9. Use the cake bake toothpick test to see if is ready after 30 min on the oven.
You can make then as Muffins if you want. 25 min on the oven should be enough.
